The World Employee Experience Institute (WEEI) is delighted to announce that Sheena Doyle FCIPD, The Really Useful HR Company Ltd, has become an official WEEI Partner.
Sheena has over 30 years' experience in HR working for companies such as Starbucks, PepsiCo, Boots, and RBS. Her passion is helping organisations to not just deal with HR issues, but build a fantastic company culture and employee experience.
Sheena was a Judge at the UK Employee Experience Awards in 2018 through which she provided her expertise to help determine the UK's very best employee experiences.
On partnering with WEEI, Sheena said:
"I believe HR has lost its way over recent years and become too transactional and less human. If we focus on the employee experience being the best it can be then the human element of HR will become stronger and add more value to organisations improving the customer experience and overall profitability. Partnering with WEEI provides access to global learnings and examples of excellence in this field which brings with it the opportunity to help businesses improve and enhance their employee experience."
Ben Whitter, Founder of the World Employee Experience Institute (WEEI), said:
"Sheena is committed to the employee experience and putting humans at the centre of business and HR practices. I am always impressed with Sheena's passion for employee experience and her understanding of the difference it makes to the HR function. Enabling companies to grow by design is a significant competitive advantage, and Sheena is well placed to deliver real value for clients in Scotland and the UK by unlocking the potential of the employee experience."
The World Employee Experience Institute (WEEI) is a global community of colleagues all working to enhance and elevate the 'experience' of work to unlock and deliver strong business outcomes for clients around the World.
