The World Employee Experience Institute (WEEI) is delighted to announce that Cilia Rasasegram, The Employee Experience Project, has become an official WEEI Partner.
Cilia comes with a hybrid of experience covering both P&L accountability, as well as her true love – HR/EX. She started her career in recruitment with Kelly Services and quickly went up the ranks, managing commercial recruitment for Malaysia in her last role with them. She then spent 5 years leading the group People & Culture team (HR dept) for Tune Protect, playing a pivotal role in growing the company from 15 to 550 employees, involved in local and overseas acquisitions, leading organisational integrations as well as listing Tune Protect on Bursa Malaysia.
She brings with her 20 years of experience across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Singapore, across core employee experience verticals of recruitment, on boarding, employer branding, learning & development, internal communications and CSR.
Cilia started The Employee Experience Project in 2016 as she is passionate about partnering with companies to get the edge they need by enhancing the various areas that influence employee experience to benefit the productivity, sustainability and profitability of the company. She now works directly with clients on breaking down ‘Employee Experience’ into executable and measurable projects.
On partnering with WEEI, Cilia said:
“Employee Experience is an exciting and necessary way of approaching every aspect of human resources. It requires courage, belief and effort from the organisation. Leaders of organisations will drive an Employee Experience approach once they understand it as the key to profitability and sustainability in these competitive times. WEEI is positioned to accelerate the EX agenda globally and I am super excited to be part of this community to ensure a) the focus is maintained and magnified, and b) the journey of EX continues and evolves according business needs.”
Ben Whitter, Founder of the World Employee Experience Institute (WEEI), said:
"Cilia is at the forefront of EX in the ASEAN region and has embraced EX as an approach to support, develop, and guide clients to business success. With extensive senior level experience leading internal people functions, and having successfully developed her own practice centred on EX, Cilia is a fantastic addition to our WEEI Partner Community. I'm excited about working with her to advance the EX agenda across the ASEAN region."
